Ask: if something is bothering youabot life matters: academics, relationship, family identity, and financial concerns, with whom will you share your problem? will you pursue a formal help or a non formal help?why or why not? explain your answer.
If I have a problem in life, be it academic problems, relationships with friends, or relationships with family, or work problems, the first thing I will do is talk to the closest people I can trust. Because I believe that telling stories can lighten the burden I carry, just by telling stories I might feel relieved.
However, if the problem I’m facing is at a stage where I feel very tired, stressed, depressed, and even want to hurt myself, then I will go seek the help of a professional, in this case the professional I’m talking about is a psychologist/psychiatrist, because I believe they are can help me to go through the problems that I face in the right way.
I also want to suggest what to do when faced with a problem,
- Think Positive
Regardless of how bad the problem is, try to stay positive. Try not to look at a problem from one side only, because no matter how bad you are, surely each one has examples and positive things that can be taken.
- Don’t Focus on the Problem
No matter how bad the problem you face, try to stay positive. Don’t look at the problem from one side only, because no matter how bad the problem you are experiencing, surely all of them have lessons that can be taken and there are lessons.
- Share Your Problems with Others
Small problems if you keep it to yourself, over time it can become big. So, it never hurts to tell other people about your problems. Even if it doesn’t give you a way out, at least it can lighten your load.
- Breathe
When faced with a problem, a person will easily panic. To calm yourself down, first try to pause and take a break to catch your breath. When your mind is calm, you will also find it easier to find solutions.
- Take Action
If you only think about the problem without taking action, the problem will not solve itself. If you have thought of a way out, take the action that you think is right. The sooner you take action, the better the results will be.
No human being is free from problems no matter how perfect his life is, so if you are currently facing problems, remember that you are not alone. There are problems in life, but you can deal with them calmly.

Ask: If something is bothering about life matters: academics, relationships, family, identity, and financial concerns, with whom do you share your problem? Will you pursue formal help or a nonformal help? Why or why not?
My answer entirely depends on the situation.
If I am having problems regarding other people, I think it is better to share my problems to the people I am close with or the person or a group of people I am having troubles with. Just like they say, face your problem.
If I am having problems that I think professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and general practitioners would solve better, it could be better to share them my problems.
But if I can and may choose both, I definitely would. There is no limit on how many people can help you nor is a limit to how much help you need. The more the merrier. :>>
