…orange wednesday…

craving.

fall. painting our home all kinds of colorful colors. a white chocolate mocha. light through windows. meeting our baby girl in 10 weeks. maternity leave. calming the chaos. the holidays. pumpkin pie. knitting. digging my toes into carpet with a fire warming my back. the perfect kitchen table. being brave. letting go. listening and accepting. a clean house. a girl’s night. sleeping through the night. a date. thai food. healthy kids. inspiration. pretty fabric. christmas music (which i’m already indulging in!). baking. longer bangs and shorter hair. a better vocabulary. eating healthy. reclaimed wood floors. being settled. soup. and a little more contentment in my life. you?

Marika - Now we know who the senisble one is here. Great post!February 22, 2012 - 8:15 pm

Miriam Maneevone - How can you get rid of that couch- the memories, the fun, the disarray, the creativity they bring. I love you and Sam, your boys and delight in the joy of knowing Noelle soon. We pray for you all, thanking God for you. So grateful for the joy you add to my life. Yes, we all crave.... there is a deep longing in my heart to love and be loved, to understand and be understood, to listen and be listened to, to see - to really see beauty in nature and others when others just look, a sense of being a small part of the grandeur of what God is doing in me and around me. The joy of being alive in the fullness of all God has for me. The joy of seeing others come alive through know the hope of the living God. Seeing the "God-thing" in situations that seem discouraging or "impossible". I crave to be more and more like Jesus in love- He gave his life for me. How can I do less than give my life to others so by grace they may see the one who loves me.October 14, 2011 - 9:33 am
