driving in the car.
and totally unprovoked manoah asks, “mom, what do you want to be when you grow up?”
i reply, “well, maybe a counselor. what do you want to be when you grow up?”
manoah, “i want to be a gardener.”
fast forward 2 hours.
while manoah is watering the plants he says, “mom come over here so i can water you. and you can grow & become a counselor.”
really!?! who is this kid!
(samuel always. ALWAYS. has a running nose. always.)

- Aww what a precious little boy! I am so glad that you have written about this so now you can save and cherish this memory forever. You know, I started to notice the whole snot thing.. after your first Orange Wednesday I thought to myself, man in every picture of Sam, he seems to have snot coming out of every single one of his orificies.
